Omega 3-6-9 is a dietary supplement that combines fish oil, evening primrose oil, flaxseed oil, and vitamin E. These ingredients provide a source of essential fatty acids, including EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid), which are derived from fish oil. The evening primrose oil contains GLA (gamma-linolenic acid), while the flaxseed oil offers alpha-linolenic acid, oleic acid, and other beneficial fatty acids. Vitamin E is included as an antioxidant.
Ingredients
Omega 3-6-9 contains a combination of fish oil, evening primrose oil, flaxseed oil, and vitamin E. The fish oil is standardized to contain 35% EPA and 25% DHA. The evening primrose oil contains 10% GLA (gamma-linolenic acid), while the flaxseed oil contains alpha-linolenic acid, oleic acid, linoleic acid, palmitic acid, stearic acid, arachidonic acid, and palmitoleic acid. The capsules are made of gelatin.
