CM3 HMB FUSION contains creatine, which enhances physical performance during successive short, high-intensity physical activities. The beneficial effect is achieved with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine.
Additionally, CM3 HMB FUSION contains ß-hydroxy ß-methylbutyrate in the form of a calcium salt. This short-chain fatty acid is formed from the amino acid (L-Leucine) after each intense workout or as a result of prolonged stress.
