Usage

For use in a diffuser: add 6 to 8 drops of essential oil to a diffuser or aroma lamp. For inhalation: add 3 to 5 drops of essential oil to a bowl of very hot water and inhale the steam for 5 to 10 minutes. (Inhalation only for children over 10 years old.) For massage: mix 5 drops of essential oil with 10 ml of carrier oil, such as almond oil or jojoba oil. For bath: add 4 to 6 drops of essential oil to 20 ml of carrier oil and mix into the water.
