Directions for use

(Steam inhalation only for children over 10 years.) For massage: Mix 5 drops of essential oil with 10 ml carrier oil, such as almond or jojoba oil. Bath: Add 4-6 drops of essential oil to 20 ml carrier oil and mix into the water.
