Usage

In Diffuser: Add 6 to 8 drops of essential oil to a diffuser or aroma lamp.
Inhalation: Add 3 to 5 drops of essential oil to a bowl of very hot water, inhale the vapors for 5 to 10 minutes. (Inhalation only for children over 10 years.)
Massage: Mix 5 drops of essential oil with 10 ml of carrier oil, such as almond oil or jojoba oil.
Bath: Add 4 to 6 drops of essential oil to 20 ml of carrier oil. Mix in the water.
