Puritan's Pride Triple Omega 3-6-9 Fish, Flax, and Borage Oils is a 3-in-1 combination product that includes evening primrose oil as a source of GLA.
Nutritional Content
Each serving of 3 softgels provides 1,123 mg of omega-3, which includes EPA, DHA, and ALA from purified fish oil and organic flaxseed oil. It also contains a typical amount of 296 mg of omega-6, including both LA and GLA, as well as 235 mg of omega-9 consisting of oleic acid from flaxseed, borage, and evening primrose oils.
