The body cannot produce this substance itself, which is why it should be supplied in the right amount through food or supplements.

OstroVit Pharma Lutein is especially designed for people whose eyes are exposed to harmful environmental factors, such as working at a computer, spending many hours reading or watching TV, or being exposed to intense sunlight.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. A dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended. Do not consume if you are allergic to any of the ingredients in the product. The product should not be used by children, pregnant women, and breastfeeding mothers. Keep out of reach of small children.
Consume 1 portion (1 capsule) daily with a meal.
