Usage and Dosage
For adults over 75 years old, it is recommended to take one tablet daily with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Before starting this supplement, consider performing a 25-(OH)D blood test and consulting with a healthcare professional.

This product is intended for adults. Supplements should not replace a varied diet. It is recommended to maintain a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not use if allergic to any ingredients. Not suitable for children, pregnant or nursing women, or individuals taking anticoagulants containing vitamin K antagonists (such as warfarin and acenocoumarol). Keep out of reach of children.
Storage Instructions
Store at a temperature between 15-25°C in a closed container in a dry place. Protect from direct sunlight.

Filler: microcrystalline cellulose; starch, cholecalciferol (vitamin D), anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; menaquinone-7 MK-7 (vitamin K) from Bacillus subtilis natto.
