Omega 3 EFAs

Omega 3-essential fatty acids (EFAs) are primarily eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA). Their main sources are primarily fish, seafood, vegetable oils, and nuts. Unsaturated fatty acids from the Omega 3 group support the proper function of the heart, brain, and blood vessels.

Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol)

Vitamin D3 is a vitamin that has several and versatile effects on our body. One of its most important functions is regulating calcium-phosphate metabolism, which supports proper mineralization of our bones and teeth.
