Ingredients and nutritional content
OstroVit Omega 3 + ADEK contains the following ingredients: fish oil, gelatin, humectants (glycerol, water), DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate (vitamin E), cholecalciferol (vitamin D), retinyl palmitate (vitamin A), menaquinone-7 MK-7 (vitamin K) from Bacillus subtilis natto. The product may contain traces of milk (including lactose), soy, peanuts, other nuts, sesame seeds, cereals containing gluten, eggs, and shellfish.
Recommended usage and storage
It is recommended to take one capsule daily, preferably after a meal, with plenty of water. Before starting to use this supplement, it is advisable to do a 25-(OH)D blood test and consult the results with a doctor or pharmacist. The product is intended for adults and should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. It is important to follow a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. The product should not be used by children, pregnant women, nursing mothers, or people taking blood-thinning medications containing vitamin K antagonists (such as warfarin and acenocoumarol). Store the product out of reach of small children, at a temperature between 15-25°C, in a closed container, and in a dry place, protected from direct sunlight.
