Research on Inositol
Inositol is an organic chemical compound from the sugar group, a cyclic six-carbon polyhydroxy alcohol that contains six hydroxyl groups. It is sometimes called "vitamin B8," but it is not a vitamin as the body can synthesize it by itself. All isomers have a sweet taste. It is mainly synthesized in the brain, heart, ovaries, and partially in the liver and kidneys, presumably in all tissues as well. It is also used in the skeletal and reproductive systems, among other things. If we want to find it in food, it is worth opting for citrus fruits, whole grain products, or seeds, for example. However, you must remember that our body needs an enzyme called phytase to use myo-inositol effectively, which comes from food. When there are some abnormalities in the digestive system, it is easy to spot them.
Usage and Dosage
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended. Do not consume if you are allergic to any of the ingredients in the product. The product should not be used by children, pregnant women, and breastfeeding mothers. Keep out of reach of small children.
Mix 1000 mg (1 overfilled scoop) in 100 - 150 ml of water or juice. Use the included measuring spoon (1 ml). Consume once a day.
Store in a cool, dry place.
