Chlorella can be a vegan-friendly source of iron, which is usually found in meat, and vitamin B12, which should be supplemented by individuals on a vegan diet. Studies show that people who consumed microalgae had higher levels of vitamin B12 than vegans who did not include it in their diet. Chlorella is also an ideal source of chlorophyll, containing about 5%, which is a very high concentration compared to other plants, both aquatic and terrestrial. This is why chlorella is called a superfood.

Take 2 g (4 scoops) daily. Drink with plenty of water. Chlorella can also be added to smoothies, yogurt, or juices. Use the included measuring spoon (1 ml).
