This supplement contains a high concentration of omega-3 fatty acids (DHA and EPA) in an easily absorbable triglyceride form (TG) as well as vitamin D in the form of cholecalciferol. These nutrients are important components of a balanced diet.
Ingredients
The oil is extracted from pelagic fish and contains natural lemon flavor, vitamin D (cholecalciferol), and a blend of tocopherols as an antioxidant.

Usage Instructions
Take 1 teaspoon (5 ml) of oil daily. We recommend taking it with a meal or directly after a meal for optimal absorption.
Contraindications
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. A beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg EPA and DHA. Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. To maintain good health, a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle should be followed.
Storage
Store in a dark and dry place at room temperature, out of reach of small children. After opening, store in the refrigerator and use within 3 months.
