TCM 1100 Mega Caps® are filled with 100% creatine malate (tricreatine malate), a molecule that binds creatine particles with malate particles. As a glucose metabolite from the carboxylic acid group, malate stimulates insulin and supports the transport and absorption of creatine by muscle cells both at rest and during exercise.
