Slow absorption for prolonged amino acid supply
With 21 g of protein per serving, Casein Pro has a much slower absorption rate than regular whey protein, providing the body with amino acids over an extended period. It is recommended to be consumed a few hours before bedtime or as a meal supplement during the day when fast absorption is not necessary, such as in the morning or directly after training.
The protein complex consists of whey protein concentrate, micellar casein, and calcium caseinate.
