Important Information

• Delivery times do not include weekends or holidays.

• OLY Europe B.V takes no responsibility for untracked packages that go missing. We are not responsible for delays, lost or damaged shipments, or orders sent to incorrect or invalid addresses.
• OLY Europe B.V will assist as much as possible in tracking a missing package, but if untracked shipping is chosen, it is the customer's responsibility to follow up with the carrier.
• OLY Europe B.V is not responsible for refunding shipping costs in the event of delayed delivery due to product availability.

Unclaimed Packages

Unclaimed packages are returned to us. For all packages that are not collected, we reserve the right to charge you for the return shipping and a handling fee, currently €30.

VAT and Customs Fees

There are no import fees when shopping from OLY Europe B.V. Our prices include local VAT.
