This sustained release tablet is formulated to release over a 4-hour period.

Research has shown that melatonin can have positive effects on gastrointestinal health. A study published in the Journal of Pineal Research found that melatonin can protect the gastrointestinal tract by reducing inflammation and increasing the production of mucus that protects the intestinal walls. Another study published in the World Journal of Gastroenterology showed that melatonin can help alleviate symptoms of gastrointestinal disorders like IBS and ulcers.
Usage and Safety
This product is intended for adults and should be taken at bedtime. Pregnant or breastfeeding women should not use the product.
