NOW® Foods Magnesium Topical Spray is a pure, highly concentrated magnesium chloride solution sourced from the bottom of the ancient Zechstein Sea in the Netherlands. This Magnesium Spray is easy to apply and absorbs quickly without leaving an oily feel on the skin. Four sprays provide approximately 66 mg of elemental magnesium.

Suggested Use
Spray 2-5 times onto the skin and massage the area. Magnesium Topical Spray may feel slightly oily after application, but it is not oil and absorbs quickly. You may notice a white residue around the applied areas; this is just residual salt that can be wiped away. For a foot bath, add 1-2 oz. to warm water and soak feet for 20-30 minutes.
