NOW® Dairy Digest Complete is a comprehensive blend of enzymes designed to aid the digestion of dairy products. Intolerance to dairy products is often due to the inability to digest the milk sugar called lactose.
However, intolerance is often also related to the hard-to-digest proteins and fats found in dairy products. NOW® Dairy Digest Complete combines lactase for lactose digestion with proteases and lipases that specifically target milk proteins and fats for digestion.
Recommended Use
Take 1 capsule with or before a meal containing dairy products. One capsule digests the dairy products equivalent to one cup of whole milk.
Other Ingredients
Microcrystalline cellulose, hypromellose (cellulose capsule) and silicon dioxide.
Not manufactured with wheat, soy, milk, egg, fish, shellfish or tree nut ingredients. Produced in a GMP facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens.
