Usage and Recommendations
This product is intended for adults only and should not be used for longer than recommended. Follow the dosage instructions carefully. Consult your doctor if you are pregnant/nursing, taking medication (especially anticoagulants or NSAIDs), or have a medical condition (especially gallstones or heart problems). Keep out of reach of children. Do not eat the freshness packet. Store in the bottle and recycle it when empty.
Take 1 capsule 3 times daily for four days, starting one day before your menstruation period. Do not use continuously. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Store in a cool and dry place after opening.

Unclaimed Packages
