This product is the 90-portion version of GAL Multivitamin, with three "refills". The refills consist of hydrophilic (yellow), lipophilic (brown), and vitamin C capsules (white). This refill system is both economical and environmentally friendly, as you can reuse the packaging by refilling it with new capsules.
Contains Hydrophilic, Lipophilic, and Vitamin C Capsules
GAL Multivitamin contains three different types of capsules to meet various nutritional needs. The hydrophilic capsules are yellow and the lipophilic capsules are brown. These capsules contain a mix of water-soluble and fat-soluble vitamins and minerals to ensure optimal nutrient uptake. The white capsules contain vitamin C, which is an important antioxidant and contributes to the normal function of the immune system.
Can Be Taken with Any Main Meal of the Day
All four capsules can be taken together with any main meal of the day. However, it is recommended to take them in the morning or during the day instead of in the evening. If you want to maximize absorption and/or have a sensitive stomach, you can take the white capsules on an empty stomach or 2-3 hours after a meal. Take one of the yellow capsules with your first main meal and one with your second main meal. The soft gelatin capsules can be taken with any main meal but are best taken with the fattiest meal that is not in the evening.
