This product is the 90-serving version of GAL Baby Carrier®, with three "refills". Hydrophilic (yellow), lipophilic (brown), and vitamin C (white) capsules - an economic and eco-friendly "refill". After use, please squeeze out most of the air from the bag and then gently tighten the seal. Do not exceed the recommended intake! The product is not a substitute for a balanced, varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children. We recommend taking it from the moment you start thinking about having a baby, ideally at least 3 months before conception, until the end of breastfeeding, and even longer.

Usage Recommendations
You can take all four capsules simultaneously with any main meal of the day, but it is better to take them in the morning or during the day rather than in the evening. If you want to maximize absorption and/or have a sensitive stomach, take the white capsules on an empty stomach or 2-3 hours after a meal, 1 of the yellow capsules with your first main meal and 1 with your second main meal, and the soft gelatin capsules with any main meal, but it is best to take them at the fattiest, non-evening meal. Store in a cool and dry place. Keep out of reach of children.
Dietary Recommendations
During pregnancy and breastfeeding, it is recommended to eat saltwater fish/seafood 2-3 times a week. If you do not do this, we also recommend taking GAL Omega-3 Eco. If your diet is not rich in magnesium (not rich in game meat, octopus, shellfish, green leafy vegetables, quinoa, pumpkin with a good dose every day), also consume good quality magnesium; we have two types in our range. Or we simply suggest switching to GAL+ Baby Food®, which also contains these nutrients.
