Caprylic acid, also known as octanoic acid, is a medium-chain fatty acid (MCT) commonly found in coconut oil, palm oil, and dairy products. It is known for being an easily digestible energy source. Our caprylic acid is derived from MCT oil produced entirely from the fruit of the coconut palm, Cocos nucifera L.
