The muffins have an irresistible white chocolate flavor and contain whey protein.
With the Protein Muffin baking mix, you can quickly and effortlessly bake delicious muffins. You just need to add a bit of oil/butter and water!

Ingredients:
Protein muffin baking mix contains the following ingredients: white chocolate chips (cocoa butter, whole milk powder, skimmed milk powder, emulsifier [lecithins (soy)], flavorings), whole milk powder, rice flour, hydrolyzed protein (6.8%), whole egg powder, whey protein concentrate (3.5%), whey protein isolate (1.1%), flavorings, baking powder (raising agents [sodium carbonates, diphosphates], corn starch), bamboo fiber, baking agent (sodium carbonates), sweetener (sucralose).
Recommended Use:
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Mix 1 portion (75 g = 4 heaping tablespoons) of powder with 60 ml = 6 tablespoons and 10 g = 1 tablespoon of sunflower oil until smooth. Place in a muffin/cupcake mold and bake for 14 minutes. Once done, remove from the oven and let rest for 10 minutes. This amount makes 3 muffins. It can also be prepared with coconut oil or butter.
Warning:

Store the product tightly sealed in a cool, dry place. After opening, consume within 6 months.
