Recommended Use: | Preheat the oven to 200°C if using top/bottom heat or 190°C if using a convection oven. Mix one portion (120 g = 8 round tablespoons) of the baking mix with 160 ml (=18 tablespoons) water and 25 g (=4 tablespoons) sunflower oil with a whisk until smooth. Pour the batter into a silicone baking mold or an oiled baking tray of about 12 x 14 cm and bake for 40 minutes if using top/bottom heat or for 25 minutes if using a convection oven. Let the cake cool for 10-15 minutes and cut it into pieces. Instead of sunflower oil, you can also use 30 g coconut oil. |
