Biona Organic Hazelnut Butter is made from small batches of freshly roasted organic hazelnuts - and nothing else! There is absolutely no added sugar or salt, and we never use palm oil or emulsifiers. We use only the whole nut, which means you get all the nutrients and flavor in every jar.
