Usage Instructions

Shake well before use. Measure the recommended dose and add it to water, juice, or another cold beverage.

Children aged 1-9 years: 1 dose.

Teenagers aged 10-18 years: 2 doses.

Adults: 4 doses.

Contraindications

Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients in the supplement. It is recommended to perform a 25-(OH)D blood test and consult the results with a doctor or pharmacist before use. The product should not be used by individuals taking blood-thinning medications containing vitamin K antagonists (e.g., warfarin and acenocoumarol).
