About Algal Oil and Flaxseed Oil
This vegan Omega-3 supplement combines flaxseed oil and algal oil. Flaxseed oil is a source of ALA (alpha-linolenic acid), a type of omega-3 fatty acid. Algal oil provides DHA (docosahexaenoic acid), another important omega-3 fatty acid.
