Carbohydrates and Muscle Function
QuickGel with caffeine contains a combination of mono-, oligo-, and polysaccharides, such as glucose, maltose, and highly branched cyclic dextrins (HBCD) Cluster Dextrin®, which provide a long-lasting energy source during physical activity. The carbohydrates also contribute to the recovery of normal muscle function after high-intensity and/or prolonged physical activity that leads to muscle fatigue and depletion of glycogen stores in skeletal muscles.
Research shows that consumption of carbohydrates from all sources with a total intake of 4 g per kg body weight, within the first 4 hours and no later than 6 hours after high-intensity and/or prolonged physical activity that leads to muscle fatigue and depletion of glycogen stores in skeletal muscles, has a beneficial effect on the recovery of normal muscle function.
Enriched with Taurine, Vitamin C, Vitamin B6, and Magnesium
QuickGel with caffeine is also enriched with taurine, vitamin C, vitamin B6, and magnesium. Taurine is an amino acid that is naturally found in the body and can help improve endurance and reduce fatigue. Vitamin C and vitamin B6 contribute to normal energy metabolism and reduce fatigue and exhaustion. Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function and the reduction of fatigue and exhaustion.
Caffeine for Extra Energy
QuickGel with caffeine also contains caffeine for an extra energy boost. Caffeine has been shown to improve performance during physical activity and reduce the perception of effort.

Unclaimed Packages
