Cluster Dextrin®
Cluster Dextrin® is produced from amylopectin using a cyclization reaction with a branching enzyme. The result is a glucose polymer with ideal properties: very low osmolality of around 150 mOsm with relatively high molecular weight, and therefore very rapid gastric emptying. This means that the HBCD solution will spend less time in the stomach compared to traditional carbohydrates, thereby reducing discomfort during ingestion in training (sloshing around in the stomach).

Vitamin B6
Vitamin B6 contributes to normal energy metabolism, to normal functioning of the nervous system, to normal psychological function, to normal function of the immune system, and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. It also contributes to normal protein and glycogen metabolism.
Vitamin C
Vitamin C helps maintain normal function of the immune system during and after intense physical exercise. The beneficial effect is achieved with a daily intake of 200 mg in addition to the recommended daily intake of Vitamin C. Furthermore, Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal functioning of blood vessels, bones, cartilage, gums, and protects cells from oxidative stress.
CARBOHYDRATES contribute to the restoration of normal muscle function (contraction) after strenuous and/or prolonged physical exercise which leads to muscle fatigue and depletion of glycogen stores in skeletal muscles.
The beneficial effect is obtained by consuming carbohydrates from all sources at an intake of 4 g per kg body weight, with intakes in doses starting within the first 4 hours after intense and/or prolonged physical exercise leading to muscle fatigue and depletion of glycogen stores in skeletal muscles, and finishing 6 hours after the exercise.
