OLY Europe B.V will assist as much as possible in tracking a missing package, but if untracked shipping is chosen, it is the customer's responsibility to follow up with the carrier.
OLY Europe B.V is not responsible for refunding shipping costs in the event of delayed delivery due to product availability.
Unclaimed packages are returned to us. For all packages that are not collected, we reserve the right to charge you for the return shipping and a handling fee, currently €20.
